Elle s&rsquo;organise dans toute la France. <br><br>3<strong> week-end<\/strong> en pr\u00e9sentiel, autant d&rsquo;<strong>entretiens individuels<\/strong>, et trois <strong>groupes de travail<\/strong> \u00e0 distance, ainsi qu&rsquo;un saut dans le grand bain avec la mise en \u0153uvre et en pratique d&rsquo;un moment de transmission \u00e0 un groupe avec toute la promo, constituent le parcours. <br>Cette formation peut \u00eatre financ\u00e9e par votre employeur, ou \u00eatre partiellement prise en charge par l&rsquo;association afin de la rendre accessible \u00e0 toutes et tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\"><strong>Pr\u00e9-requis : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 suivi une ou plusieurs formations en Communication bienveillante, ou en Communication Non Violente (CNV)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoir int\u00e9gr\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit de la CNV\/CB, et notamment : l&rsquo;intention dans la relation ; prendre la responsabilit\u00e9 de ce que je vis, etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00catre en capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser les outils &#8211; tout au moins certains outils &#8211; de la CNV\/CB dans sa vie quotidienne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\"><strong>Formation 2025 \/ 2026 bienveillante dans mon cercle professionnel (habitats partag\u00e9s r\u00e9unissant des publics fragiles), dans mon cercle associatif (actions de sensibilisation aux alternatives solidaires et \u00e9cologiques locales) et bien s\u00fbr dans ma sph\u00e8re personnelle (notamment aupr\u00e8s de jeunes enfants). J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert la communication bienveillante avec Mariette Schifferer il y a cinq ans environ&nbsp;: Ce f\u00fbt une r\u00e9v\u00e9lation&nbsp;!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Aujourd\u2019hui, je souhaite partager cette exp\u00e9rience et les outils qu\u2019offre la communication bienveillante \u00e0 un public d\u2019adolescents au sein du coll\u00e8ge dans lequel un de mes enfants est scolaris\u00e9&nbsp;: j\u2019ai cr\u00e9e une fiche illustr\u00e9e qui regroupe plusieurs outils permettant aux adolescents d\u2019explorer une situation v\u00e9cue sous plusieurs angles, l\u2019id\u00e9e est de leur permettre d\u2019apaiser les tensions (relation entre \u00e9l\u00e8ves, prof\/\u00e9l\u00e8ves\u2026) .
